The Dobson-Lagassé Entrepreneurship Centre offers entrepreneurs a wide range of consulting services, resources, training sessions and conferences that support entrepreneurship. The organization defines itself as a major reference centre and a unique forum with a view to exchanging information and serving the Eastern Townships business community.
Created in 1998, the Dobson-Lagassé Entrepreneurship Centre, which is affiliated with Bishop's University, is an independent centre and a private sector initiative. Initial financial support was provided by its Founding President, Louis Lagassé, Esq., and by The John Dobson Foundation. Since then, many partners have contributed to its growth, among them Canada Economic Development.
