Melbourne Zoo is the first zoo in Australia to offer this interactive video conference experience. Under the guidance of our Education Officers, students will be able to see live animals and ask questions about them and be challenged about conservation issues. Zoo Trek offers a truly interactive experience to schools anywhere in Australia or overseas. A Video conferencing lesson can: prepare students for a visit to the Zoo; allow students to follow up issues arising from a visit; allow you to access the expertise within the Zoo when time or distance does not permit.
